The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the phenomenon of human trafficking and acquire skills for the identification of (potential) victims of trafficking; as well as sensitivity and skills for communication with victims. In the second part of the training, the participants became acquainted with the existing victim assistance mechanisms in the Republic of Serbia and possibilities for cooperation between governmental and nongovernmental actors and acquired knowledge and skills necessary for the assessment of needs and planning of support of victims of trafficking.
