This event brought together ombudsmen of the countries of the region, as well as representatives of relevant state institutions, international organizations and local governments and citizens&#8217; associations to highlight the topic of protection of rights and freedoms of minority communities in the Republic of Serbia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Special attention was paid to the independent monitoring of the fight against trafficking in human beings.
