A detailed description of the Action and of the assignments to be performed within the scope of work is presented in the Terms of Reference enclosed as an integral part of this Invitation.<\/p>\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/19YP4wdSA-2JH4pmG97VLR-xHN8rUrCjZ\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Your proposal should contain:<br \/>\n(1) Your CV in English or Serbian language<br \/>\n(2) Filled in application form (enclosed as an integral part of this Invitation) containing:<br \/>\n(i) Contact information,<br \/>\n(ii) Gross fee for providing services as specified in ToR,<br \/>\n(iii) References.<\/p>\n<p>Please send us your proposal by e-mail, regular mail or in person by March 30, 2020, to the following addresses: astra@astra.rs, or ASTRA, Terazije 6, 11000 Beograd, Republic of Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation of the proposals shall be done by ASTRA\u2019s evaluation committee based on the experience of the offerer and offered price of the service, using the best value for money principle.
