{"id":14562,"date":"2020-02-20T17:04:28","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T16:04:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.astra.rs\/?p=14562"},"modified":"2020-04-27T17:07:22","modified_gmt":"2020-04-27T16:07:22","slug":"improving-outcomes-for-children-in-the-serbian-justice-system-cris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test.astra.rs\/en\/improving-outcomes-for-children-in-the-serbian-justice-system-cris\/","title":{"rendered":"Improving Outcomes for Children in the Serbian Justice System (CRIS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the beginning of February, ASTRA has, together with two partner organizations, the International Rescue Committee from Athens and Belgrade-based Child Rights Centre, started implementing a two-year project <em>Child Rights in Serbia \u2013 Improving Outcomes for Children in the Serbian Justice System (CRIS)<\/em> that aims to improve outcomes for children in contact with the law (CiCL) in the Republic of Serbia (RS) through systematic application of the rights of the child and evidence-based supports in legal proceedings.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Direktni korisnici projekta su stru\u010dnjaci anga\u017eovani u postupcima koje sprovode javne institucije&nbsp; a odnose se na maloletnike, studenti prava, kao i deca i njihovi roditelji\/staratelji. Odnosno, unapre\u0111enje njihovih znanja i praksi koje koriste u postupcima koji uklju\u010duju ili se odnose na decu. Poseban fokus projekta stavljen je na unapre\u0111ivanje tretmana i polo\u017eaja dece \u017ertava ili svedoke trgovine ljudima, dece bez pratnje, kao i dece koja nisu prepoznata kao \u017ertve ili svedoci, a na neki na\u010din su uklju\u010deni u sudske procese; kao i podizanju svesti dece o njihovim pravima u pravosudnom sistemu. Sam proces u\u010denja i razvijeni didakti\u010dki materijali bi\u0107e primenjivi i na druge grupe dece u kontaktu sa zakonom. Ovi materijali bi\u0107e razvijeni na osnovu dubinske analize postoje\u0107eg zakonodavnog okvira pravosudnog sistema, njegove uskla\u0111enosti za pravima deteta i primene u praksi. Ova analiza uklju\u010di\u0107e i preporuke za njegovo unapre\u0111enje i kasniju distribuciju tog znanja relevantnim akterima u pravosu\u0111ui \u0161ire.<\/p>\n<p>Projekat je podr\u017ean od strane 2014-2020 programa Evropske unije \u201cPrava, jednakost i gra\u0111anstvo\u201d (Rights, Equality and Citizenship \u2013 REC).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-14553 aligncenter\"
