During the conference, the activities of the OSCE Mission to Serbia were presented, as well as guidelines for the implementation of the non-punishment provisions for victims of human trafficking in Serbia, together with case studies. Topics discussed in the second part of the conference include the legal basis, the normative framework and modalities of the application of the non-punishment principles on victims of human trafficking in international law, as well as the challenges for applying this principle of in Montenegro.
